The Sky Camp Parachute Jumping Website is operated by the Sky Camp Parachute Sports Club Association.
The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
– Through information voluntarily entered in forms.
– By storing cookies on end devices.
– By collecting web server logs by the hosting operator nazwa.pl, operating at nazwa.pl.

2. Information in Forms

The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
The Website may also store information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
The data in the form is not shared with third parties except with the user’s consent.
The data provided in the form may constitute a set of potential customers, registered by the Website Operator in the register maintained by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., to process a service request or contact information.
The data provided in the forms may be transferred to entities technically performing certain services – in particular, this applies to the transfer of information about the holder of a registered domain to entities operating internet domains, payment processing services, or other entities with which the Website Operator cooperates in this regard.

4. Server Logs

Information about certain user behavior is logged at the server level. This data is used solely for website administration and to ensure the most efficient operation of the hosting services provided. The resources being viewed are identified by their URL addresses. Additionally, the following information may be recorded:
– time of request arrival,
– time of response,
– name of the client station – identification performed by the protocol

– information about errors that occurred during the execution of an HTTP transaction,
– the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Website was accessed via a link,

The Operator may be required to provide information collected by the Website to authorized bodies based on lawful requests, to the extent resulting from the request.

III. Personal data are processed for the purposes of:

Performance of the contract and steps taken to conclude it at the request of the data subject, where the legal basis for data processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR, as well as Article 6, paragraph 2, letter f of the GDPR. 1 letter c, i.e. the provisions of the Aviation Law Act and the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 26 March 2013 on the exclusion of the application of certain provisions of the Aviation Law Act to certain types of aircraft and specifying the conditions and requirements for the use of these aircraft, and Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR, i.e. the consent of the data subject. Pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller, in which case the legal basis is Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b. f GDPR, which include the following activities:
marketing of our own products and services (direct marketing),
analytical activities (selecting services to suit your needs, optimizing our products based on your comments and interests, optimizing service processes, etc.),
for archival (evidential) purposes fulfilling our legitimate interest in securing information to demonstrate proper performance,
possibly establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims,
measures of your satisfaction and improving the quality and satisfaction with the services and product sales we provide,
contact regarding organizational and training matters.
In other cases, personal data will be processed solely on the basis of previously granted consent, to the extent and for the purpose specified therein.
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the contract.
You have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time based on a legitimate interest, which we indicate in paragraph 2 letters b) – e) described above. The Administrator will cease processing personal data for these purposes unless there are legitimate grounds that prevent the cessation of processing or are necessary for the possible establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

VII. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time.

VIII. Your data will be processed for the period during which claims related to the contract may arise, for the limitation period established pursuant to specific provisions, and for the periods specified in relevant regulations, including in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 26 March 2013 on the exclusion of the application of certain provisions of the Aviation Law to certain types of aircraft and the specification of conditions and requirements for the use of such aircraft, and in the case of consent of the data subject, until such consent is withdrawn.

The Administrator may process data processed for the purposes of direct marketing of its own products and services until an objection is raised to their processing for this purpose or the Administrator determines that they are outdated. Your personal data may be disclosed to: business partners, i.e. companies with which the Administrator cooperates by offering products or services, couriers and postal operators; public authorities

and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes specified in law; our subcontractors (processors), e.g., parachute jumpers, entities providing accounting, bookkeeping, IT, legal, and consulting services, marketing agencies, etc.
According to the GDPR, you have:
the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
the right to rectify (amend) your data;
the right to erase your data and restrict data processing;
the right to object to data processing;
the right to data portability;
the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

XII. The Controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. However, if such a situation occurs in the future, processing will be carried out using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of data protection required by law.

XIII. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
