We want skydiving to always be a unique and positive experience. If the person you’re gifting isn’t happy about the opportunity to jump, you can return the voucher within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. If you wish to return the voucher after this date, it will be processed as follows:
Within 15 days – 1 month from the date of purchase, the customer will receive a refund of 90% of the voucher price.
Within 2 – 3 months from the date of purchase, the customer will receive a refund of 70% of the voucher price.
Within 3 – 4 months from the date of purchase, the customer will receive a refund of 60% of the voucher price.
Within 4 – 6 months from the date of purchase, the customer will receive a refund of 50% of the voucher price.
After 6 months from the date of purchase, the customer will receive a refund of 30% of the voucher price.
Step by Step
1. If you have already paid for the purchased voucher, please send information to office@skycamp.pl informing you that you wish to return the voucher. We will need the voucher verification code sent to you in the first email.
2. If you haven’t paid for the voucher yet, simply don’t pay for it. Vouchers not paid for within 14 days of purchase are automatically canceled.
I don’t have a voucher, but I have a reservation
We don’t charge a deposit for your reservation, so you can simply cancel it by calling +48 730 528 528.
Using the suggested return procedure does not in any way limit the customer’s rights to withdraw from the contract under Article 7, Section 1 of the Act of 2 March 2000 on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271).
